I was job searching on monstertrak and I found this company, Circle Up. Circle Up describes itself as:

And I thought this posed an interesting approach to aggregating the knowledge of our human capital...essentially bottling knowledge gained as workers communicate and solve problems in a succinct way. Check it out!
